      Each monthly subscription plan comes with 6 FREE online personal training sessions. Each session is 30 minutes long. If you need additional sessions you can buy as many as you desire for only $12 per session.

      The online personal training sessions will help you immensely with your workout routines as well as keep you motivated and help you reach your fitness goal faster.

      FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

      Q: How can I subscribe?

      A: It's very simple. Just select any of the available workout programs and follow the instructions there. All you need to do is select the program, your payment plan, add all your info and you're done!


      Q: Where do I add the PROMO code?

      A: You can add the promo code at the very last page of your registration, right before you submit your payment, you can review everything and there is a box that says "Promo code" above your total. PROMO codes are case sensitive so please make sure you correctly input every character.

      Q: How do I schedule my online meeting with my trainer?

      A: Once you sign up and complete all the previous steps, you will a welcome email from MABA Fitness. That email will include vital information that pertains to your online sessions. It will include a Zoom key, or code, that you will use to connect with your trainer via Zoom. If you don't have a Zoom account we highly recommend you to create one, but if you think that's too much of a hassle, no worries. Just email us and we'll figure another way of communication. Email will be the primary means of communication with your trainer, until you mutually establish another way.

      Q: How do I use the workout programs?

      A: It's as simple as, log in to your MABA Fitness account, select the program and click on the first video of that program. Each workout program is created in a way to ease any kind of fitness level into the exercises, whether you are a beginner or a pro gym-goer. 

      Q: I started a workout program, now what?

      A: Congrats on your very first step toward  a better you! Now it's time to review and discuss with your trainer. Contact your trainer via email. Combining your workout routines from any of the programs with a constructive online discussion with your trainer will help you get results even faster. So don't delay your online meeting.

      Q: What should I wear for my online training sessions?

      A: Attire actually plays a very important role when you work out. Wear comfortable clothing. Please avoid anything that might restrict movements, such as jeans. You probably will have to do stretches and exercises you haven't done before, so complete mobility is paramount for a successful and correct workout routine.

      Q: What do I need for the online training session?

      A: In order to establish a good connection you may need a good internet connection with a device that has a camera. Your phone may work but it's better if you use a bigger screen. If you are tech savvy enough and know how to project your phone screen on your television, that may work as well. The reason is, you need to clearly see certain movements and positioning of your trainer in order to correctly do whatever is asked of you.

      Q: Do I need any equipment?

      A: Great question! The workout programs may require you to purchase some equipment. Please watch the introduction videos of the program you are interested where it states what you may need. To make it easier for your, you can start any program right away because the first week of most available programs do not require any equipment anyway. Then, you can purchase them anywhere you like at your own convenience.

      Q: When do I need to workout?

      A: You can workout at your own pace and your convenience. We get it, everyone feels lazy sometimes. But, we highly recommend you stick to your workout routine because you won't achieve your desirable results. So, don't be a lazy bum!
